Your role:
- Plan and organise the team’s schedules, manage requests from clients and team members and ensure that follow-ups are carried out in a timely manner
- Ensure communication with various departments
- Ensure that working hours are correctly recorded by all team members
- Respond to various requests from clients and team members and act as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Ensure that internal processes are adhered to and optimised and that operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Review and validate editorial calendars to ensure consistency and deadlines are met
- Ensuring that clients’ deadlines and budgets are met
- Be committed to the success of projects and implement solutions to effectively resolve issues related to project constraints
- Attend client meetings and coordinate follow-up and tasks arising from meetings, integrating actions into the team’s schedule.
Do you have what it takes?
- College degree in communications, marketing or other relevant disciplines
- Previous experience in a similar role or in an agency is an asset
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Rigour in monitoring processes and deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and digital platforms
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
